This smoothie serves two people, so modify accordingly. You may add extras like flax seeds or mint to this smoothie, just like any other. It all depends on what you want to accomplish with your Pineapple & Cantaloupe Smoothie.



  • 1 1/2 cup cantaloupe
  • 3/4 cup pineapple
  • banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond milk


  1. In a blender add cantaloupe, pineapple, banana, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add almond milk.
  3. Blend until well combined.
