Ingredients

  • 2 cup pear
  • banana
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 cup apple
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey 
  • 3/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a blender add pear, banana, kale, spinach, apple, plain yogurt, and honey.
  2. Add water.
  3. Blend until well combined.
