This smoothie serves two people, so modify accordingly. You may add extras like flax seeds or mint to this smoothie, just like any other. It all depends on what you want to accomplish with your Papaya & Cantaloupe Smoothie.



  • 1 1/2 cup papaya
  • 3/4 cup cantaloupe
  • banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup almond milk


  1. In a blender add papaya, cantaloupe, banana, unsweetened yogurt, and honey.
  2. Add almond milk.
  3. Blend until well combined.
  4. Serve & Enjoy!
